This year’s Balkan Entertainment and Gaming Expo and the Eastern European Gaming Summit weren’t just more focused, but also more concentrated and busier in the best possible way. The tighter format created space for deeper conversations and meaningful networking, giving us the opportunity to secure several new agreements and kick-start new partnerships across the region. For ZettaOnline, it was a chance to move beyond buzzwords and get back to what keeps iGaming solutions running day after day: secure payments, resilient systems, and partnerships built on trust.

This year’s conversations went beyond surface-level trends. Across two days at the Inter Expo Center Sofia, our Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer, Milena Tsankarska, met with operators, suppliers, and affiliates to talk about scaling efficiently, managing compliance without friction, and maintaining uptime when it matters most.
The day preceding BEGE & EEGS, Milena attended the Gaming Industry Gala Dinner by the Association of Organizers of Gambling Games and Activities in Bulgaria where she made connections with key partners.
She took part in the EEGS Affiliate Conference on 26 November, joining industry peers to exchange perspectives on sustainable growth and meaningful collaboration within the iGaming ecosystem.
Later that evening, at the BEGE Awards Party, Milena represented ZettaOnline among fellow leaders and partners, celebrating the achievements that continue to push the industry forward.
On Day 2, Milena gave an interview on BEGE Proximity Zone where she talked about the innovations at ZettaOnline, and the biggest trends shaping the industry. She gave an advice to the newcomers in the industry to stay curious and humble, and build real relationships.
