KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify prospective clients in the company served business niches.
- Establish contacts and relationships with prospects and generate leads.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate IT solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with IT products and services.
- Analyze market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, pricing details, and implementation timelines, to prospective clients.
- Develop effective sales strategies, resolve customer issues, and ensure successful project implementation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work
experience. - 3+ years of experience in selling software, cybersecurity and/or cloud services, preferably in FinTech industry.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to understand complex customer requirements and provide innovative solutions.
- Good level of English language – both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
