KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Identify prospective clients in the company served business niches.
  • Establish contacts and relationships with prospects and generate leads.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate IT solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with IT products and services.
  • Analyze market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, pricing details, and implementation timelines, to prospective clients.
  • Develop effective sales strategies, resolve customer issues, and ensure successful project implementation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work
    experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in selling software, cybersecurity and/or cloud services, preferably in FinTech industry.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – ability to understand complex customer requirements and provide innovative solutions.
  • Good level of English language – both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
