KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Develop, maintain, and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests.

  • Design, create and implement automation test scripts using Selenium with Java, Playwright/ Cypress with JavaScript.
  • Work with cross-functional teams incl. project stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Conversion of manual test scripting into automation test scripts.
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
  • Identify, isolate, and report defects/ bugs found during testing.
  • Conduct post-release/post-implementation checks.
  • Test new features and functionalities using a mix of manual and automation on the Web.
  • Configuration and maintenance of testing tools and environments.
  • Merging a clear reporting platform for automated test runs.

  • Continuously improving test automation tools and test strategy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in a software development / QA role with a focus on automation testing.
  • Experience working in automation framework including Selenium WebDriver, Java,SVN, Playwright/ Cypress with JavaScript, API Testing with Postman for manual side
    with rest assured for automation side, etc.
  • Understanding of Defect Tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
  • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
  • Experience in testing complex web systems.
  • Experience developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
  • Troubleshooting and issue diagnosing skills.
  • Background in collaboration, specifically with developers to design and implement automated tests.
  • Good level of English language – both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

ADVANTAGES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Familiarity with banking systems and regulations is a plus.
  • Knowledge/ experience with databases such as SQL is a plus.
  • ISTQB or other software testing certifications are a plus.
