ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join an ambitious project focused on building a sophisticated, highly dynamic, and fully parameterized software system. The new platform will replace and significantly enhance our client's legacy lending system, delivering a modern, scalable solution adaptable to future business needs and evolving technology ecosystems. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and the development team to define requirements, manage the product backlog, coordinate priorities, and ensure the successful delivery of valuable product features in a fast-paced Agile environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather, clarify, and document business and product requirements

  • Create, maintain, and update technical and product documentation

  • Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria

  • Participate actively in planning sessions, daily communication, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings

  • Support backlog refinement and help prioritize development tasks together with the team

  • Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood

  • Track progress, identify blockers, and help coordinate day-to-day activities across the team

  • Continuously learn about the product, business domain, and development processes

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role

  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently

  • Fast learner with a strong willingness to grow in a technical environment

  • Basic technical understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

  • Experience creating, maintaining, or editing technical documentation

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with frequent meetings and two-week sprint cycles

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services would be considered an advantage
