ABOUT POSITION:

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist to join our fast-moving crypto startup. You’ll handle daily operational tasks across our internal platform – recording and settling trades, supporting liquidity movements, and assisting clients with operational requests.

No previous crypto or trading experience is required; we’ll teach you everything. What we value most is attention to detail, comfort working with numbers, eagerness to learn payment flows, and motivation to help build efficient processes in a startup environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage internal client account settings, permissions, and operational configurations
• Monitor internal systems to ensure smooth daily operations and flag discrepancies or issues
• Record orders and trades into internal systems with high accuracy
• Perform post-trade checks and reconciliation to ensure trades are properly captured and settled
• Execute client settlements (crypto transfers, bank wires, address confirmations, etc.)
• Coordinate liquidity movements across internal and external accounts
• Assist with client operational inquiries and follow up on support tickets
• Communicate with clients via chat or email when operational clarification is required
• Build internal operational and trade reports (volumes, settlement flows, exceptions, etc.)
• Track and document operational workflows to support process improvements
• Collaborate closely with traders, account managers, compliance, and engineering teams
• Contribute to shaping early operational processes, tools, and best practices

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling numbers and transactions
• Willingness to learn settlement and trading operations with crypto
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Good communication skills for internal and occasional client interaction
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
• Strong organizational mindset
