KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement and monitor the companys KYC/AML/CFT policies, ensuring smooth client onboarding.
• Monitoring customer transactions and investigating any suspicious activity.
• Assess client risk profiles for new and existing accounts.
• Support clients with compliance-related inquiries.
• Managing, tracking, and documenting cases of suspected financial crime from initial detection through investigation and resolution.
• Keeping up to date with changing AML laws, regulations, and global standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in AML, compliance, risk management, or related fields.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to AML.
• Experience and/or knowledge of KYC, transaction monitoring and overall FinTech compliance working environments.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar.
• Good level of English language both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
