KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write technical documentation, tutorials and how to’s of the systems that the company develops for clients and for internal purposes.
• Describe the business workflows in various software platforms.
• Be able to understand in technical terms how a given platform works and what it can deliver for its customers.
• Be able to work with the engineering and software development teams to prepare workflow diagrams, charts, and technical documentation.
• Be able to write DSS – Detailed Solution Specification documents.
• Understand new features, learn how they work, and document them in crisp, easy-to-follow language.
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides.
• Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
• Organize and maintain a library of technical content and documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in web hosting area.
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
• Basic familiarity with software development.
• Ability to translate technical jargon into clear, accessible language.
• Excellent English language – both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

ADVANTAGES:

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
• Experience working in mid/large-sized B2B technology company, digital marketing and/or content development and copywriting roles is a plus.
