ABOUT POSITION:
We are looking for a Data Engineer to join one of our long-term international partners in the fintech industry. The role involves working on data-driven solutions that support critical business processes and provide insights across departments. You’ll collaborate closely with technical and business teams to design, implement, and maintain efficient data pipelines, analytics solutions, and integrations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and ETL architectures
- Design and implement scalable data models and data warehouse solutions
- Solve complex technical problems and implement effective data solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to understand business needs and expand internal knowledge
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability across systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and performance issues
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong skills in Python (2+ years)
- Strong SQL skills (2+ years)
- Hands-on experience with Git
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to explain concepts to people from other departments
- Ability to turn business needs into technical solutions
- Good representation and communication skills
- Fluency in English
