ABOUT POSITION:

Own and drive the delivery of a financial platform providing embedded financial services via APIs, integrating with industry-leading banking and fintech providers.

The role focuses on API-driven product development, third-party integrations, and ensuring seamless connectivity to banking and payment rails.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to the development team and stakeholders
• Breaking down product requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring they are understood by the development team
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product increments
• Define and clarify functional and technical requirements, particularly around APIs, webhooks, and data flows
• Identify and manage product risks, especially around integrations and dependencies
• Coordinate integrations with external providers
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience as Technical Product Owner / Product Owner in Fintech
• Experience and/ or strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (such as Scrum or Kanban) and product management principles
• Experience in creating and maintaining product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteriaExperience in creating and maintaining product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience working on integrations with external systems/providers (e.g. banking, liquidity, compliance tools)
• Understanding of transaction flows (payments, settlements, reconciliation)
• Advanced understanding of API-based systems (REST, webhooks, async flows)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a technical environment
• Good level of English language - both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
