ABOUT POSITION:

We are looking for a motivated Compliance Specialist to join our growing Compliance team. You will play a key role in building and maintaining compliance processes for crypto and fintech-related projects. This is a great opportunity for you to build on your experience in compliance and continue growing in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with developing, drafting, and maintaining internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Prepare and maintain compliance reports and documentation for management and audits
• Assist with KYC/CDD onboarding and periodic reviews, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Verify and maintain customer due diligence documentation
• Conduct PEP, Sanctions, and Adverse Media screening and document findings
• Monitor and investigate unusual or suspicious client activity
• Escalate potential risks or red flags to senior compliance team members
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant onboarding workflows
• Maintain up-to-date client records and high standards of confidentiality and documentation
• Provide support on compliance-related inquiries from clients and colleagues
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and procedures in a fast-changing environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in KYC, AML, or a similar compliance role
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken
• Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Adaptability and readiness to work in a dynamic and evolving startup environment
• Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative when faced with ambiguity
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of compliance
• Knowledge of Excel or other data tools is a plus
• Previous experience with writing and managing compliance Procedures and/or Policies is a plus
